Returns and Exchanges

• Poshbelly.com gladly accepts exchanges and returns.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise with the original receipt, in brand new condition with all tags attached for a refund or exchange.  The refund amount is minus the original shipping.
• The return must be made within 21 days of receipt.  We must receive the item back in our warehouse within 21 days of receipt.  20% and shipping will be deducted if items are returned outside of the 21 days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you have received free shipping and the item is returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• The cost of shipping an unwanted item back to us is your responsibility.
• If you received a discount on your purchase, your refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
• Items bought on sale are considered a FINAL SALE.  There is no option for return or exchange.
• No returns will be accepted for washed, worn, or soiled merchandise.
• If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us via email at returns@poshbelly.com. 
• Click here to print a blank return/exchange form.
• When mailing your merchandise for return or exchange, please include a copy of the original receipt, and the return/exchange form.   Please mail the item to us in an insured or trackable method, in case the package is lost or misdirected.  We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

• Regarding exchanges, please email us with your request.  You will be charged when the new item ships out.  Exchanges are not eligible for free shipping.  There is a standard $5 charge for shipping of exchanged items.  You will receive a refund for the original item once it arrives back at our warehouse.
